Messages can't be deleted — even by us
Our database is designed so that message records cannot be modified or deleted after posting. This is architectural, not a policy. Even our own team cannot override it.
Your data, under your control
You can export all of your family's data at any time. If you close your account, your data is removed according to our Privacy Policy timeline.
